Project 2: Skilled labour in the blue collar sector
In addition to academic professions, there is an increasing shortage of skilled labour in skilled trades and industrial professions in Germany. This project addresses this need by specifically recruiting skilled workers from the blue-collar sector – for example in the areas of construction, logistics, production and care – and preparing them for the German labour market.
