Caveh Zonooz

My name is Caveh Zonooz, and I am a German entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in digital communication, strategic business consulting and international recruiting.

As the inventor of Many-To-One® communication and founder of the direktzu® platform, I have created a way for citizens around the world to engage in direct dialogue with decision-makers – including German Chancellor Angela Merkel and US presidential candidate Barack Obama.

In my career as a start-up founder, I was able to build up a company and work with CEOs of well-known companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, Deutsche Bank, ThyssenKrupp, PepsiCo and Airbus. My work has also been characterised by exchanges with federal and state politicians.

One topic that is particularly close to my heart is the shortage of skilled labour in Germany. I have developed innovative solutions to tackle this problem by bringing qualified IT specialists from Turkey, Iran, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other countries together with German companies. With my international network and my language skills in English, Turkish, Arabic, Azerbaijani and Farsi, I am committed to connecting talented professionals with the right employers – efficiently, sustainably and future-orientated.
